Kinetic Radiology is a teleradiology practice focused on musculoskeletal radiology: X-ray, MRI, CT, CBCT, and diagnostic ultrasound. Every study is read, diagnosed, and signed by a human radiologist.
You choose who reads
A DACBR (chiropractic radiologist) for X-ray, ultrasound, and CBCT. An MD radiologist for X-ray, CT, and MRI. Or a dual-signed report, where both a DACBR and an MD sign, for X-ray, CT, and MRI. The reader's credential is on every report.

Dual-signed is an option you choose for a study. It isn't applied to every read.

Detailed, structured reports with measurements and a clear impression. Each one states what the study shows and what it can't show, so no one has to guess where the limits are.
A report documents what the images show. It can't replace the clinical exam, and it can't answer a question the study wasn't built to answer.

Kinetic radiologists read under their own licenses. Findings are never changed to match what anyone wants. We don't call instability from a study that can't show it, because an over-call does as much damage as a miss.
Kinetic provides documented reports only. Our radiologists don't testify or give depositions, so every report is built to stand on its own.
Ask how independence protects your documentationMotion measured, not guessed
For flexion/extension studies. Translation and angular motion are measured level by level against the AMA Guides 5th edition. A table flags segments that meet the criteria for instability, and segments approaching it that may suggest ligamentous laxity or injury. Annotated key images show where the motion happens.
Metrics can't show motion the patient didn't make. If pain or guarding limits the range, the study can understate what's there, and the report says so. A neutral lateral can't show motion at all.

Everything in Core, plus key images embedded in the report, annotations on those images, comparison to normal, and a plain-language patient summary in English and Spanish. Vision is available on any study, for members and non-members.
A patient summary explains the report in plain words. It doesn't replace the conversation between the patient and their doctor.
