Dr. Travis Robinson is an experienced Chiropractic Radiologist with a diverse educational background. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from the University of Utah, followed by a Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) degree from Palmer West. He further honed his expertise through a residency at Northeast College of Health Sciences.
Dr. Robinson was drawn to a career in radiology due to the complexity and variety of pathologies he encounters daily, as well as the flexibility it offers to work from any location with a reliable WiFi connection.
A particularly memorable case in Dr. Robinson’s career involved a 27-year-old patient who had been suffering from chronic low back and neck pain and was previously diagnosed with fibromyalgia. Upon reviewing the patient’s history and previous MRI results, Dr. Robinson noticed signs of multilevel facet ankylosis and other abnormalities, which prompted further investigation. Discovering the patient’s history of Crohn’s disease, Dr. Robinson diagnosed enteropathic arthritis, leading to a proper referral for co-management with a rheumatologist. This intervention significantly improved the patient’s quality of life, and Dr. Robinson found great satisfaction in providing an accurate diagnosis and actionable treatment plan.
Outside of his professional work, Dr. Robinson is passionate about fitness and outdoor activities. His hobbies have evolved based on his location, ranging from rock climbing and hiking in Utah to snorkeling and paddleboarding in Florida.
Dr. Robinson currently serves as a faculty member at Keiser University, where he teaches diagnostic imaging courses, sharing his knowledge and passion with the next generation of healthcare professionals.
